Gian Luca is a passionate international tax advisor (CPA) assisting multinational enterprises, with specific skills on transfer pricing & operational modelling, evolved and enriched - in a business advisory approach - with tax risk management, business performance analysis, corporate finance, R&D incentives and ESG reporting.

After having carried on his professional activity at leading Italian tax & law firms and international consulting & audit companies, in April 2022 Gian Luca started up MUSE STRATEGY: it is the strategic consulting company born from the initiative of a group of passionate professionals with a long experience at international level in the fields of strategic, business and tax advisory to Italian and foreign multinational groups, especially those enterprises with a strong vocation for innovation and development.

Gian Luca’s experience includes consulting to multinational groups in the field of value chain (re)structuring, design and review of transfer pricing policies, the preparation of the TP documentation and the negotiation of advance pricing agreements (APA) with tax administrations.

He also delivers assistance in international tax controversy, including the recourse to mutual agreement procedures (MAP).
