Dyke Arboneaux is a partner at Harrison LLP. She and other members of the firm’s international estate and trust planning team advise on planning for U.S. beneficiaries and U.S. investments, expatriation from the U.S., pre-immigration tax issues for foreign individuals who plan to become a U.S. tax resident, the international aspects of U.S. tax matters, international asset structuring, and business succession planning.

Dyke has particular expertise in matters involving families or assets exposed to multiple jurisdictions as she has focused her practice solely on multi-jurisdictional issues throughout her 35 years of practice. She has been consistently recognized for over a decade in rankings of international tax and private client advisors.

Dyke was an early member of STEP (joining the London branch in 1991) and is an International Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard University and her B.A from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville. She was also a Rotary Scholar at the University College of Wales.
