ZEYAD KHOS Managing Partner - K&A Zeyad Khoshaim is the managing partner of K&A. He is qualified in New York, California, Washington DC, and Saudi Arabia. He specializes in advising corporate multinationals on raising funds, structuring, financing, and litigating major projects, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in Saudi Arabia. Zeyad obtained a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University Law School. Zeyad also obtained a Management of Law Firms certificate from Harvard Law School Executive Education. Zeyad also contributes to shaping regulatory reform in Saudi Arabia. He was a member of the Saudi Arabian Capital Markets Authority (CMA) Advisory Committee, and a founding board member of the Saudi Arabian Commercial Arbitration Center (SCCA). The government of Saudi Arabia recently nominated him to the Permanent Court of Arbitration, where he serves as a Member of the Court.
