Zeyad Khoshaim is the managing partner of K&A. He is qualified in New York, California, Washington DC, and Saudi Arabia.

He specializes in advising corporate multinationals on raising funds, structuring, financing, and litigating major projects, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in Saudi Arabia.

Zeyad obtained a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Zeyad also obtained a Management of Law Firms certificate from Harvard Law School Executive Education.

Zeyad also contributes to shaping regulatory reform in Saudi Arabia. He was a member of the Saudi Arabian Capital Markets Authority (CMA) Advisory Committee, and a founding board member of
the Saudi Arabian Commercial Arbitration Center (SCCA). The government of Saudi Arabia recently nominated him to the Permanent Court of Arbitration, where he serves as a Member of the Court.

K&A Advises on Landmark National Champion Steel Transaction

K&A advised Rajhi Steel and Rajhi Invest on a landmark exchange transaction involving Saudi Iron & Steel Company (Hadeed), SABIC and the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where Hadeed will acquire a 100% shareholding in Rajhi Steel from Rajhi Invest. The transaction will result in the creation of a national champion in the Saudi Arabian steel industry, contributing to meeting the growing local demand for steel and improving Saudi Arabia's steel production capabilities.

K&A's work included the full spectrum of legal services, including deal structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and providing regulatory advice.
