White & Case advises SNB Capital on acquisition of share capital in Tamara
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised leading Saudi asset management firm SNB Capital (SNBC) on a primary and secondary equity subscription in Tamara, a leading buy-now-pay-later business.
"The acquisition by SNBC allows Tamara to access the capital required to fulfil its ambitious growth plans," said White & Case partner Debashis Dey, who co-led the Firm's deal team. "It also demonstrates the potential for further expansion of the buy-now-pay-later sector in the region."
SNBC has acted through SNB Capital Fintech Fund L.P. SNBC co-led the approximately US$340 million (SAR 1.3 billion) Series C investment round with Sanabil Investments.
