During his professional experience, he has advised private equity funds and other industrial clients in significant national and international corporate transactions. In the latest years, he has continued to assist leading corporate groups in their acquisitions throughout the entire Italian territory, mainly in the pharmaceutical and healthcare area. This year Edoardo and his team are going to close about 10/15 M&A transactions. In addition to the M&A and extraordinary transactions sector, Edoardo has also developed skills in the negotiations of commercial agreements between his Italian corporate clients and foreign counterparties, thanks to the ongoing assistance provided to the companies in commercial and corporate matters. Edoardo is also author and co-author of corporate law books and articles for primary Italian national publishers, as well as teacher in many classes of master courses. Colla Di Piazza law firm now has two offices, in Milan and Udine. The firm, after only two years, already counts 8 members among partners, associates and other staff. Despite its young age, in 2020 Colla Di Piazza law firm won a national award of excellence in M&A area.
