Roberto Mac Lean Miranda & Amado About Roberto Mac Lean Roberto’s vast experience in cor- porate finance focuses on the sale and acquisition of both private eq- uity and listed companies, private equity transactions and business alliances, such as joint ventures. He is a founding Partner of Miranda & Amado (1999). Previously, he was an associate at Estudio Echecopar from 1996 to 1999, and at White & Case in New York from 1993 to 1996.
