Hussar & Co. is compiling an investment memorandum for its co-investors outlining opportunities to acquire small and medium sized enterprises in Hungary where owners either want to fully exit or allow an investment team to enter into the equity ownership through a management buy-in. Raising Capital Raising capital is oneof our core advisory competencies. This can be done to fund a partial liquidity event for a firm’s shareholders and/or to provide needed seed, acquisition, growth or working capital. Mid Cap: Public & Private • Weprovideour clients access toour networkof private equity investors, hedge funds, venture capitalists, asset managers, and high net worth individuals. • We conduct independent research and analysis for our clients and use these insights to present our investment strategies to the broader capital markets. • Using knowledge of our core regions (DACH & CEE) we source opportunistic deals and off-market transactions. These transactions could relate to raising capital for real estate development and acquisition to financing or re-financing equity and debt solutions for corporate clients. ABOUT PETER GRACE Peter has 30 years experience across a range of financial disciplines and geographies, including 15 years in corporate finance and M&A advice. Previously he chaired the supervisory board and audit committee of a publicly listed transport and logistics company; he co-led the buy-in of a manufacturing plant in Spain; he advised business owners on finance and M&A; he trained directors and managers at leading global capital markets players; he was an equity fund manager at Gartmore Investment Management in London, heading up Pacific & emerging market investments and short positions in the commercial and industrial sectors; he was a divisional finance manager at Sanofi Aventis, the global pharmaceutical giant; and he was as a management consultant at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC). He is a British citizen and graduated from the University of Cambridge with a master’s degree in Mathematics. He speaks French and Hungarian as foreign languages. He is based in Budapest, Hungary.
