His work has included dealing with personal insolvency matters including bankruptcies, individual voluntary arrangements and advice cases for charitable organisations. Andrew has extensive experience of business recovery procedures including solvent and insolvent liquidations, company and partnership voluntary arrangements and administrations. In addition, Andrew has worked on a number of Land and Property Act Receiver assignments. His clients range from small SMEs to group structures and his notable assignments in the last few years include the restructuring of two of the largest cosmetic surgery groups in the UK and advisory cases involving established international businesses and high street names. Andrew is also often engaged by creditors who become involved in insolvency processes and want their interests represented with comprehensive investigations into the circumstances of the failure or the conduct of those involved. 45
