ABOUT RODNEY D’CRUZ A partner at Adnan Sundra & Low, Rodney was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1995 and is primarily involved in banking, securitisation, corporate finance, capital market financing, banking and corporate advisory work relating to debt, financing and Islamic finance. He has been involved in a number of notable local as well as cross- border banking transactions, including advising on the issuance of private debt securities and Sukuk by various Malaysian public-listed corporations and has advised a broad range of counterparties inclusive of lenders, arrangers, bondholders, issuers and trustees.
