The transaction was announced on February 2, 2024. Headquartered in Shanghai, VNU EA has a significant presence in China, operating across 10 cities and hosting over 20 exhibitions and conferences each year. The company has a track record of nearly 30 years and specializes in exhibition and conference solutions for global customers across four industries: pet food and supplies, paving materials and building construction and décor, 3D printing and additive manufacturing, and agriculture/ agri-tech. VNU EA will change its English name to Globus Events to better reflect its growth potential following the partnership with Advent International.
