Simone has over 17 years of experience providing both domestic and cross-border valuation and M&A transactions to private, public, and government-related companies and funds. His investmentbankingexperience includesmergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, asset deals, joint ventures and valuations. Simone’s experience covers a broad range of sectors within consumer and industrial goods, with an emphasis on the food and beverage sector.
