IVOR ELRIFI Dr. Ivor Elrifi is the chair of Cooley’s patent counseling and prosecution practice group. He advises pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences and medical device companies, research institutions, universities, hospitals and governments throughout the world, particularly in the US and Europe.
